Insurance

In progress

I'm currently in the credentialing process with several Georgia panels. If insurance is a consideration, please reach out or check back, what's accepted will change in the coming months.

Self-pay clients can begin right away.

Specialty

A different way in, underneath the thinking.

My work is built on the Wilder Method, a framework Matt helped develop for reaching the primal, instinctual self that lives underneath thoughts and behaviors. It's especially useful for anxiety, shame, codependency, people-pleasing, burnout, and patterns that haven't moved with talk therapy alone.

If this is an emergency

Good Faith Estimate

Your right to a "Good Faith Estimate."

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services from any healthcare provider you're not using insurance with. You'll receive yours in writing before the first session, and you can request one at any time. Questions: matt@6sides.org.
